Don’t Be Left Out In The Cold!

Water in your pressure washer will freeze. Sounds like a no brainer, right? Here’s the thing. It doesn’t matter if you ran your pressure washer without water for a couple of minutes. It doesn’t matter if you blew air in your washer. There is water in it and it will freeze. When it does it most likely cause damage.

Maybe you put windshield washer fluid in your machine? Our experience; it doesn’t always work. The best ways to protect your machine from freezing is keep it in a warm place (back to ‘no brainer’). If you can’t store it in a warm place, run automobile anti-freeze through it. If you need to use your machine you can cycle the anti-freeze out of the washer and into a bucket. When the job is done you can replace the same anti-freeze.
